### How does Fluent BI connect to my data?
Fluent BI connects by file upload. Upload Excel, CSV, PDF, Word, PowerPoint, or text files; the app parses them so you can chat with the data. Direct database connections are not available yet.

### What types of files can I upload?
Fluent BI currently accepts Excel (.xlsx, .xls), CSV, PDF, Word (.docx), PowerPoint (.pptx), and text (.txt) files.

### What kind of insights can I get?
Ask a question in plain English and Fluent BI returns summaries, charts (line, bar, pie), and tables drawn from the files you uploaded.

### Is my data secure?
Fluent BI runs on Cloudflare Workers and R2. Uploaded files are processed on that infrastructure, encrypted in transit, and stay on the Cloudflare edge network.

### Do I need technical skills or know SQL?
No. Fluent BI is built for people who can ask a question in plain English. SQL and BI-tool training are not required.

### Can I share my findings with my team?
Yes. You can export findings as PDFs. Pinning insights to shareable dashboards is available; team workspaces and collaboration tools are planned for the Team plan.

### What is your refund policy?
Subscription fees are generally not refundable after a billing period begins. Unused subscription time or credits may be refunded case by case. Email info@fluentbi.com to discuss a specific charge.
